The system ensures a closed and secure process for filling and packaging products – from delivery to palletizing.
Drum emptying and product transfer
The drums containing the product are delivered to the upper floor and emptied via the drum emptying station. The product is then transferred to the storage tank using the PTS system. The drum station is designed as a closed system to reliably prevent product leakage.
Logistics and batch preparation
In the logistics zone, the operator places the drums for a batch on the roller conveyor. After the batch is started in the filling room, the containers are automatically transported into the filling room via an airlock.
Dosing and filling
The operator positions the containers on the filling system and pulls in the continuous liner. Filling is carried out using the eBUC dosing device, which precisely doses the product from the storage container into the container. An integrated pressure control system supports accurate dosing.
Multi-stage sealing
After dosing, the primary container is sealed with a crimp and transferred to the welding machine. There, the headspace air between the primary and secondary containers is extracted. The secondary container is then hermetically sealed. The tertiary container (drum) is finally sealed and placed on the pallet.
Operation and process reliability
The system has two control panels. These guide the operating personnel through a guided process, reducing operating errors.
Cleaning
After completing a batch, the system can be cleaned automatically, enabling a quick and safe changeover to new production runs.
Product protection and safety
The system is equipped with nitrogen blanketing, which supports both product protection and explosion protection. Nitrogen monitoring ensures additional safety during operation.
