Endless Liner Filling Machine for API

Description
The product to be filled is stored in IBC’s. With a split-valve, the IBC is docked above the filling machine. The product is dispensed into the endless liner of the filling machine. During the dosing process a sampler could be activated which allows take samples of each drum. The filled continuous liner is sealed and separated by crimping, which guarantees a production under containment conditions. After filling, the equipment can be cleaned in place (CIP/WIP).

With another execution the filled continuous liner is thermally welded and separated with the integrated welding frame Type ESB, which guarantees a production under containment conditions.
