Dust-free Continuous Liner Filling Machine

Description
The product to be filled is conveyed to a storage tank with a PTS system (vacuum conveyor). The product is filled into the continuous liner of the filling machine by the squeezing-tube dosing valve BUCsmartflow. At the same time a metal detector and sampler check the products quality and integrity. The filled continuous liner is thermally welded and separated with the integrated welding frame Type ESB, which guarantees a dust-free production.
