Automatic bag production at the isolator

Description

This machine is specially designed to process continuous liner film at the discharge port of an isolator. It automatically pulls the film to the desired length and seals and cuts it thermally after the bag has been filled. This creates bags that enable contamination-free and reliable discharge of products.

With a film width of 700 mm and bag lengths of up to 900 mm, the system meets the highest standards of safety and flexibility. After processing, the bags can either be removed manually or transported directly via an automated transport system.

The control system can be optimally integrated with other systems via an OPC UA interface. This allows the discharge process to be seamlessly integrated into the overall workflow – reproducibly, efficiently, and safely.
