Metal powder filling into Round Bottom Bags

Description
Metal powder, which is delivered in IBC's, is given up at the IBC unloading station. A rotary valve continuously feeds the screening machine, which separates coarse fractions. The sieved product is filled into barrels, which were previously fully automatically provided with a round bottom bag (Roundliner). The filled barrels / round bottom bags are fully automatically spread, vacuum-sealed and welded and closed with a lid. The operators stack the filled barrels on pallets by using a vacuum lifter.
