Description
Products for the food processing industry are filled in aluminum or PE bags. The bags are then fully automatically vacuum-sealed with a welding machine type MK7. For reasons of hygiene, there must be no organic packaging in the filling rooms. For this reason, the bags are previously placed in a stainless-steel container, filled and then removed by a special machine out of the stainless-steel container. The filled bag is then transferred through a lock out of the filling rooms. Outside the filling rooms, the filled bags are automatically repacked into a carton box. The stainless-steel containers them self are conveyed between the different rooms by a 2-level conveyor technology in a closed circuit.
