Port Disk Sealer

The welding machine is used for the manufacture of single-use systems in the life sciences and biotech industries and is designed for the precise welding of ports and membranes with PE films. Its modular design allows different diameters to be processed. Other shapes are also possible. 
The system has a recipe management function for different process parameters as well as separate setup and production modes.
All user actions and process data are recorded in the batch record to ensure complete traceability and operation in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11.
