Fully automatic Bag-in-Box Packaging Line including palletising

Description
In boxes formed by a case erector, bags are made, inserted and shaped with a bag inserter machine. In the following station, the boxes are filled fully automatically. After the filling, each bag is exhausted and heat - sealed in the machine type MK7 as well as the box flaps are closed and glued. Afterwards, the boxes are labelled and transferred into the next room, where the boxes are stacked by robot on a pallet. The filled pallets are then packed “ready for transport” in a stretch wrapping machine.
