Filling station for lyophilisates

Description
The lyophilisates (final product from freeze-drying) are delivered in transfer bags. Them are placed in a vacuum / pressure vessel, for inerting and for optional post-drying. The transfer bag is then docked on the filling station and dosed into the end container by the integrated dosing unit. The dosing unit and the scale are located in a flexible isolator, which offers an of optimum product and operator protection. After filling, the equipment can be cleaned in place (CIP).
