Company holidays – and a thank you at the end of the year
An eventful year is drawing to a close. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all our partners, customers, and suppliers. Your support, trust, and valuable cooperation mean a great deal to us. Together, we have overcome challenges and celebrated wonderful successes.

Successful certifications and another step toward digitalization
We are delighted to have successfully renewed our ISO 9001 certification. We have also been certified according to ISO 3834-2 – proof of our high quality standards in welding technology.
As part of the ongoing development of our quality management system, we have also taken an important step towards digitalization: our QMS system has been transferred to Q.wiki. This creates greater transparency, efficiency, and a modern basis for collaboration throughout the company.

Welding machines in chemical, food and pharmaceutical plants
Bag sealing machines play a central role in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, as they ensure safe and reliable packaging.
In the chemical industry, they protect products such as powders, granulates or liquids from contamination and prevent reactions with the environment. For hazardous substances, special designs for potentially explosive areas guarantee maximum safety. In the food sector, tight seals extend the shelf life of food, preserve freshness and taste and comply with strict hygiene requirements. In the pharmaceutical industry, the machines protect sensitive active ingredients from environmental influences such as moisture and oxygen, meet the requirements for clean packaging and ensure patient safety.
To meet these requirements even better, the ISP(V) machine has been redesigned. It boasts a hygienic design with a fully welded base frame without dead spaces and a welded machine housing that minimizes hard-to-reach areas and makes cleaning easier. Another highlight is the quick-change system with plug, which enables the welding jaws to be changed quickly and easily, reducing downtime.
Recipes can also be created via the control panel in order to precisely seal a wide variety of packaging materials. With the integrated user administration, parameters can be protected so that qualified and validated settings are securely managed and protected against unauthorized changes.
