Description
The product to be filled is conveyed with a PTS system (vacuum conveyor) to a screening machine, which separates coarse fractions. The sieved product is collected and homogenized in a blender. After the blending process, the product is filled into the endless liner of the filling machine, at the same time a metal detector and sampler check the products quality and integrity. The filled endless liner is thermally welded and separated with the integrated foil welding unit, which guarantees dust-free production. The plant is built to be cleaned in place (CIP/WIP).
