Containment IBC Dispensing Unit

Description
IBC containers or FIBC are lifted above the Dispensing Unit by a lifting column and docked with a containment split valve. The containers to be filled are docked below the dosing unit with a second containment split valve. With the integrated scale and dosing unit, the empty container is tared and then filled to target weight. After the production, the Dispensing Unit can be cleaned in place (CIP), so that the unit is quickly available for the next dispensing process.
